Senator Tarr moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4567—A Bill to amend and reenact §8-13-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating the limiting of the imposition of the municipal business and occupation or privilege tax on the business of selling automobiles; providing for a decreasing reduction in the tax on new automobiles that have never been registered in the name of an individual over a three year period; providing for complete elimination of the tax on new automobiles that have never been registered in the name of an individual; and defining terms.
